Customisation
Most of the time, simply choosing from our regular sizes with a preferred fit will do the job. But if you're looking for that personal touch — including made to measure and personalisation — click the 'Customise' tab and follow the simple prompts. You'll be given options for the garment style and asked to provide your measurements, which you can take with a tape measure by following our easy guide. It's recommended, though optional, to have a friend help you measure.
We normally ship within 2 days of the order, including custom made garments. Shipping itself takes 10 to 15 days depending on the country and shipping service requested.
Go to our 'Contact Us' page and let us know of any change as soon as possible. As we ship within 2 business days, it's crucial we know of any change at the earliest so our team can action it — please include your order number in the request. Note that amendments may delay shipping by 2 to 4 business days, depending on the request, as our tailors and designers need time to make the alteration.
All our products are designed in Australia, and almost all of them are made in India by a small group of skilled cutter masters and tailors. Some accessories, like cufflinks and tie pins, may be made in China.
It's very common for shirts ordered some time apart to feel a little different. Natural fabrics like cotton shrink subtly over time as garments are washed — the percentage is minimal but adds up. Compared to a brand-new shirt, an older one has been worn and washed multiple times, so it can feel different even with identical measurements.
Most of our garments can be machine washed. Unbutton the shirt fully and remove the collar stays before washing. White and light-coloured garments can be washed in warm water; darker colours are best washed cold. Treat any stains with a suitable stain remover before washing. Dry cleaning is only recommended when necessary — once or twice a year. Avoid bleach or detergents containing chlorine. After washing, dry the garment flat, or hang shirts on a hanger on the line, out of harsh direct sunlight, turned inside out. Iron at a suitable temperature only once the garment is fully or almost dry.

Yes, we can deliver to a PO Box address. Delivery times are extended to roughly 2 to 4 weeks, as PO Box deliveries go through the local postal service rather than our shipping partner, DHL Express.
